11/09/2006: "Present Futures Past"

Chestnut and I are up late going over the cues for the audio book version of Hello Future Me... ...Hi There while Tumble sleeps off the knock-down, drag-out conference call he'd had with the publisher that afternoon in which he'd fought tooth and nail for a six-figure budget. (Tumble ultimately settled for four hours of studio time and a Frito-Lay variety pack.)

The studio time has been booked and I couldn't be more excited to watch my prose come alive in the capable lungs of my cohorts. Chestnut is to star as our protagonist, both in March 1997 and the summer of 2023. Tumble will play Officer Daniels as well as the orbiting space station's mainframe computer.
